Samsung could present a foldable smartphone prototype at MWC

Samsung’s decision to skip the announcement of its next Galaxy S flagship at MWC might have disappointed some, but the South Korean tech giant won’t come empty-handed to the show. Aside from the almost certain unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, the company could also introduce a foldable smartphone prototype.

According to the latest report from ETnews, the prototype will be presented alongside a folder panel in a private exhibition room that could only be accessed by select individuals and clients. This will allow Samsung to see the potential market response to such products, and could also serve as a way for for the firm to entice other device manufacturers into placing orders for the new screens through its subsidiary
