Huawei promised last month that it would bring the P8 lite (2017) to some markets by the end of January, but that’s unlikely to have happened. The mid-range smartphone was supposed to make its debut in the UK, but carriers and retailers across the country have yet to add it to their portfolios.
Despite the apparent delay of the smartphone, it looks like Huawei has decided that the P8 lite (2017) might confuse customers in some countries. According to Evan Blass, the Chinese company will launch the phone with a different name in select markets, the Nova lite.
